Payment

Jette Frölich Design accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Anyday and JCB. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped.
Jette Frölich Design encrypts all your card details using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

When paying with Anyday, the first payment is not debited until the item is shipped. Thereafter, you pay your monthly installment on the last working day of the coming month and for three months ahead. There are no fees or interest charged on your purchase, as long as you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday automatically terminates.

Delivery

Jette Frölich Design strives for orders received before 12:00 PM to be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.
Jette Frölich Design primarily delivers with Post Danmark (unless otherwise indicated) by the desired delivery date specified in the order. However, timely delivery requires that Post Danmark adheres to day-to-day delivery.

Delays with Post Danmark will similarly delay delivery in relation to the desired date. Post Danmark's quality target for delivery reliability is a minimum of 97% for letter packages and a minimum of 99% for parcel post. Please note that these are average percentages, which may vary locally and temporally.
Jette Frölich Design cannot be held responsible for delays with Post Danmark. In the event of very delayed or missing deliveries, Jette Frölich Design will naturally send a new delivery without extra costs.

Right to Complain (Warranty)

Jette Frölich Design grants a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects discovered during the product's normal use.
The right to complain does not cover errors, damages, or wear and tear resulting directly or indirectly from incorrect operation, lack of maintenance, violence, or unauthorized intervention.

Faults and defects that should be detected during a normal examination of the item must be reported to Jette Frölich Design within a reasonable time. The item can then be returned for repair, exchange, or eventual credit note by agreement.
In connection with warranty claims, Jette Frölich Design will cover reasonable return costs.

Item returns should also be sent to this address – please note that we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery (COD).
Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or by personally delivering the item.

It is not a requirement, but processing is expedited if the following information is enclosed:

copy of order confirmation
registration and account number for the bank account to which the amount should be refunded
copy of previous correspondence (if relevant)

Refund

In case of agreed deductions, returned items, or pre-paid items canceled before shipment, a full or partial refund of the purchase amount will be made.
Refunds are generally made to the payment method used for the purchase.

Right of Cancellation (Withdrawal)

There is a 14-day right of cancellation from the day you receive the item, and thereafter 14 days to return it. If you wish to cancel your purchase, the item must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received it.

Once the item is received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days.
Costs for returning the item are borne by the buyer.

A consumer can cancel a purchase even if the item has been used. An item is only considered used if it has been used beyond what can be expected when trying it out in a physical store. If the item has been used, a specific assessment will be made of what it can be resold for as used.

Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are processed automatically and sent for dispatch as soon as they are placed. During this process, irreversible costs are incurred.
While we understand that an order may sometimes need to be changed, we unfortunately cannot do so without fees after a certain point.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you must follow our returns policy.
The order will in this case be treated as a return, and relevant fees will be charged.

Orders refused upon delivery will be subject to all relevant fees – including restocking, cancellation, and other costs.
